Regarding pre-order skins and connected accounts

While I'm fairly certain that I already know the answer to this question, I figured it couldn't hurt to submit an inquiry.

I pre-ordered Battlefront II for the Xbox One back in the day, and as such got all the bonuses associated with it. Recently, through Game Pass, I've been able to start playing via PC. Now, I'm aware that there is no cross-platform progression, but I'm still accessing the game primarily through my Microsoft account, so that should, I'd think, grant me access to the pre-order skins. But that doesn't seem to be the case.

Is there any way for me to submit my gamertag for review or something, so that it can be proven I have the pre-order bonuses unlocked on the Xbox version?
