remove greivous from this game forever or until you bother to actually fix him

@TRlALON Voice lines, footsteps, I’m pretty sure thrust surge makes a noise before it starts as well. I’ve witnessed plenty of people dodging thrust surge when it wasn’t in their fov. This whole conversation proves that thrust surge is a situational ability anyways, and situational abilities aren’t that good. Also like I said before if you are in a 2v1 against grievous and one of his allies you probably won’t survive anyways.
