Remove the credit cap, EA. Please. and other things.
I see no reason for there to be a credit cap.
And the recent rise IN the cap isn't really a help, but kind of an insult. The credit cap seems like proof that EA is trying to force those who would rather grind out the credits than shell out money over a game they already purchased, to buy crates.
And if there isn't going to be a way to buy crates now, then it needs to be fixed anyway, wouldn't you say?
If they want to raise money, I'd say DLC's are a good way to do that. Ones with lots of content that people will want to buy.
Also, without FORCING crates down people's throats, if they intend to re-implement a way to buy currency or crates outright, there is still PLENTY of room to make money on them. A lot of people will buy them just to save time, because they have the extra money, want to see what they'll get, etc. Some people don't mind. But a lot of people do. And some can afford to buy the game, or only JUST afford it, and can't really afford to be buying crates/currency all of the time. And if you aren't bringing it back, up the credit gain, get rid of the credit cap, and get rid of crystals, because those have been rendered pointless. There is no need for a credit cap except for greed. Show the players that you aren't just a money hungry, greed machine, EA. Remove the credit cap. Right now it is so easy to hit that cap so quickly and as soon as I do I'm done playing for the night. If I started out playing multiplayer and then moved on to single player, then i may play longer, but if i started in single player and get hit with that message about more credits being available in 10 hours, I get angry and go play something else, like Destiny 2.
As far as DLC, there is plenty fans would love to see. A lot of it would be easy enough to bring to he game. And it would bring in money.
Even a legacy pack with scenes and battles from BF1, I would be interested in. And I have heard others talking about wanting that. We don't want that stuff to disappear with waning interest and eventual loss of BF1.
It would also be nice to see the return of the ability to choose which map you want to play and make the star fighter and other stuff available in single player as well.
In FACT, if Star fighter was available in single player mode, -even as a practice thing with low credit yield,- it would allow people to play the maps they like whenever they wanted to, and still allow for the regular rotation of maps without player favoritism causing certain ones to fade into oblivion.
And that having been said, even the unpopular maps, are still enjoyed by a fair number of people, which is where the single player comes in for star fighter.
