i was playing a game of multiplayer battlefront II today when my account suddenly wiped it said that some of the characters weren't available and that they were locked my characters still have there levels but i cant use the cards or any skins i unlocked i play on ps5 and have no idea how this happned can i have some help because i spent a lot of time on this game nad enjoy playing with friends

- @xKhaozs Already tried to REPAIR the game on EA APP and didnt work. Also restarted the PC and didnt work.
One time worked, after 1 match it DISAPPEARED AGAIN and all was locked again. Some times all money and diamonds as wiped.Same issue here! It happened out of nowhere. Today I played the first 3 matches, all was good and then out of nowhere I see that chars are locked and cards are gone.
