Same. I logged on after few months of not playing and all my cards, guns, skins, emotes and sound effects have been locked. General Grievous, obi-wan, dooku, Anakin and 'lando and L3-37' falcon got locked for some reason. The only thing that hasn't been reset is my levels, stats and progress in milestones!

Lost all progress and cant seem to upgrade or unlock anything. please help me get this fixes so i can fight on the frontlines with my brothers.

I have seemed to run into the same problems as the other guys where I’d uninstall and reinstall BF2, gain my progress back then lose it after 2 Co-op matches. Woke up yesterday morning with everything gone but it came back around mid day, hope they sort this mess out.
