Thanks for letting us know what you're currently running into with Star Wars Battlefront 2.

If you are missing progress or seeing progress reset please let us know the following.

Are you getting an error message?
Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset?
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

Are you getting an error message: No
Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset: Cards, Guns, Credits, Crystals, as well as access to 4 heroes (Grievous, Obi-Wan, Dooku, Anakin) and 1 ship (Lando Falcon)
Milestones, Levels, Campaign progress and everything else is unchanged as far as I can tell

UPDATE:

I played some more and got a level, and it seems like everything been reinstated, including upgrade points that disappeared. Also, i thought it good to mention that i first lost everything when I went into a new supremacy game after i finished one with out going back to menu (like the auto-queue)
