Just providing a quick update we continue to pass on new reports of players progression missing or being reset.
Thank you to everyone who has shared there details so far, once we get additional information will share it here in the thread.

- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag): KforKharisma
- Are you getting an error message? No
- Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? Progress reset, no cards, 4 heroes locked, same problem as everyone else.
