Thanks for letting us know what you're currently running into with Star Wars Battlefront 2.
If you are missing progress or seeing progress reset please let us know the following.

- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Are you getting an error message?
- Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

- Are you getting an error message? I haven't received an error messages
- Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? Yes I have been playing since day 1 of this games release and now it's saying I haven't unlocked anything. My levels for my heros are still there alongside my levels for anything else even my rank is max at 50 and my milestones are saved.
