What a LET DOWN. Not only did you guys remove this game (along with others) from my account from the Origin transfer, but I bought it AGAIN to play with friends on May 4th, basically Star Wars Day, and the thing does not even work. When can we expect this to be fixed? Makes the game very un-fun when I have to play as if I have absolutely nothing and some guy with fully maxed out characters are wiping the floor with us and saying we stuck.

- Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? Specific progress. Star cards are locked. Credits and crystals are missing. Grievous, Obi-Wan, Dooku and Anakin are locked, as well as Lando's Falcon. Pre-order bonuses have been revoked.
Edit: I had played several matches of both co-op and HvV beforehand with all of my things still there, but suddenly as I finished up a HvV match I find everything is gone.
