Repair of your cards and players May the 4th

Try This 1. Exit game and EA.   2. Reboot.  3. Delete Entire SWBF2 folder from Documents.   4. Reboot.  5. Launch Game.   See if they came back. Worked for me.  Have to reset a couple cards, but it...

If you are missing progress or seeing progress reset please let us know the following.

  • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
  • Are you getting an error message?
  • Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? 
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
  • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

I played on the morning of May 4th 2024 and everything was fine. All heroes were 400 points and all 8 could be on the map at once. I logged back in at 8pm and ran into this issue. Please keep us updated, thanks. 

  • Platform (or client): X box series X
  • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag): ThoricChimp9792
  • Are you getting an error message? Saw one but may be unrelated. Game runs fine but lots of stuff missing. 
  • Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? Lost all cards, crystals, credits, and skins. Various characters are locked but levels are still there.
