i was playing a game of multiplayer battlefront II today when my account suddenly wiped it said that some of the characters weren't available and that they were locked my characters still have there levels but i cant use the cards or any skins i unlocked i play on ps5 and have no idea how this happned can i have some help because i spent a lot of time on this game nad enjoy playing with friends
I was able to get all my unlocks back by fully reinstalling the game on Steam.
Unfortunately, after taking a break from the initial session where I had all my unlocks, the next session I started returned me to the same state of no card/weapon progress.
So even the workaround being shared by players in-game -- reinstallation -- doesn't actually solve this issue permanently.

Are you getting an error message? No
Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? All ranks are still present, but all weapons and star cards are completely reset to zero and locked, and playing while in this state doesn't actually produce any progress towards unlocking any of them.
