Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset?

If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

Are you getting an error message? no
Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? I am able to play the game but all my characters have their abilities locked, outfits locked and weapons locked. i am also locked out of several hero/villain characters even though i am level 25 minimum with everyone except 2-3.
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
