i was playing a game of multiplayer battlefront II today when my account suddenly wiped it said that some of the characters weren't available and that they were locked my characters still have there levels but i cant use the cards or any skins i unlocked i play on ps5 and have no idea how this happned can i have some help because i spent a lot of time on this game nad enjoy playing with friends

- Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? My characters have their abilities, appearances & wepons locked. Same for Heroes/Villains even though I am level 25 or greater on each. Also, my Credits & Crystals show 0 for both.
to me it seems likethey got hack again. so they dont know what to do
What is truly frustrating is that I basically bought the game TWICE. I have the Celebration Edition. Also I have been playing for like five years. I remember though we had similar issues back then and a lot of bugs.
