Hi Everyone,
Thanks for letting us know what you're currently running into with Star Wars Battlefront 2.
If you are missing progress or seeing progress reset please let us know the following.
- Platform (or client):
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Are you getting an error message?
- Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

@EA_IlliumHave you already done something on your side? Because yesterday I faced the same problem, but I went into the game right now and saw that all the cards were unlocked again (although I had to re-select them, since by default each class had an empty section with cards), the heroes are also available - I did not reinstall the game.
UPD: I started the game again, 5 hours later - the cards disappeared again, the heroes and weapons were blocked too ☹️

From what I have gathered from Reddit, we have nothing to worry about, our progress will come back. There have been similar errors before like this that were fixed and the players were compensated with an elongated event. The EA team said to a user they are working on a solution. I would say to all do not panic.
- 1 year ago@XxSilverStreaKxX Bro, may the 4th is gone.... they couldn`t allow this to happen on that day. Till now we cant play on SW WEEKEND of the YEAR.

- Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? I am livid with anger. I have BF2 Classes and Heroes worked up to the rank of over 200 and this weekendcards have been locked, skins etc locked and so on.
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... Enough people have done so.
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number Again I don't need to because enough people have done so. It is YOU and YOUR Server that
are at fault here and not the players or their hardware EA! I can understand that some players are investigating legal action since many people have invested time and money in this computer game. I expect you to fix this now but sadly, I very much doubt that you will. It is Sunday the 5th at 3pm in the afternoon and there has been no discernible action from you so far in more than 24hrs.
