Hi Everyone,
Thanks for letting us know what you're currently running into with Star Wars Battlefront 2.
If you are missing progress or seeing progress reset please let us know the following.
- Platform (or client):
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Are you getting an error message?
- Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

Are you getting an error message? Not exactly an error message but the game says i have unopened loot boxes after a game, but i clearly dont have anything unopened in the loot crate menu.
Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? I am missing all star cards, weapons, some Hero/Villains characters are locked. But all my levels are still there for all classes and characters.
