i was playing a game of multiplayer battlefront II today when my account suddenly wiped it said that some of the characters weren't available and that they were locked my characters still have there levels but i cant use the cards or any skins i unlocked i play on ps5 and have no idea how this happned can i have some help because i spent a lot of time on this game nad enjoy playing with friends
Same happened to me. It happened suddenly at the start of a new game once playing (weapons & cards got locked but the tokens - top right corner - stayed the same). Now it happens on every log in (cards & weapons locked except the tokens go missing as well). Troop level stays the same.

I have bought Battlefront 2 via Epic Games Store.
Also I found out that it won´t log me in automatically but I need to open the library tab on Epic Games Launcher, than click Log in and only after that it logs me in... But the cards & weapons are still missing.
