Repair of your cards and players May the 4th

I am having the same issue.

Here are the following stats:

• Platform (or client): PC (EA)
• EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag): 3MusketRangers
• Are you getting an error message? No error message
• Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset?  Missing all credits and crystals, all starcards are locked, most skins except Rey Skywalker, heroes are locked (kenobi, anakin, grievous, dooku), all blasters and blaster upgrades are locked

DxDiag is attached

• Platform (or client): PC (EA Launcher)
• EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag): TuxMagic7
• Are you getting an error message: No
• Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset: Cards, Guns, Credits, Crystals, as well as access to 4 heroes (Grievous, Obi-Wan, Dooku, Anakin) and 1 ship (Lando Falcon)
• Milestones, Levels, Campaign and progress seem unchanged
• EA app Error ID Number: 8d334cbb-7b02-4481-922d-7d0fad1f7236

I have skillpoints but can not upgrade my cards. There is no upgrade button any more, but still upgradeable card.

finished a co-op game then when I loaded into the next one all my weapons, cards, and DLC heroes that you originally had to buy were locked. And I have 0 currency. I still have my cosmetics though.

We clearly are all having the same problem here, EA when do you fix this

Yep, same thing for me. I was just playing in Co-Op and went to check my unlocks and everything was wiped. No currency, my cards are all locked or showing as undiscovered, and my guns are all locked. Seriously, of all days for this to happen? Come on guys.

Same issue here on PC . Between this and hardly ever being able to find a decent game in the servers , im almost at the point of deleting the game going back to Call of Duty
