Repair of your cards and players May the 4th

Try This

1. Exit game and EA.   2. Reboot.  3. Delete Entire SWBF2 folder from Documents.   4. Reboot.  5. Launch Game.   See if they came back.

Worked for me.  Have to reset a couple cards, but it's all there.

    Also lost all my progress, and 109 crates. The crates I wouldn't miss much, but all of my unlocks on an account dating back to the release of the game are GONE

    • Are you getting an error message? No error message.
    • Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? All cards/powers are gone (and progress completely reset) as well *, voice lines, cards and any weapons. Anakin, Obiwan, Grievous, and Dooku are no longer playable but all characters are still at the level I played them up to. All my credits and diamonds are also gone completely reset to 0.

    Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? All star cards are gone along with any earned appearances, voice lines, and weapons. Also anakin, Obiwan, Grievous, and Dooku are no longer playable but all characters are still at the level I played them up to. All my credits and diamonds are also gone. Please fix this issue or just give us a new battlefront like we’ve all been asking for a decade now

    • Are you getting an error message? No
    • Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? Shows my levels on each class/character, but all weapons are reset to the base option only (all others show need to be unlocked via milestones) and cards are either completely reset to be unlocked or down to level 1.

    Platform: Xbox Series S

    error messages: in the collection tab main screen: when highlighting Grievous, Dooku, Anakin, Obi, or Lando 1337, "THIS CONTENT IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE" (grayed tiles)

    I am missing all star cards despite my trooper and hero levels have remained the same (highest trooper is 400!) 

    this happened mid round after a phase change in supremacy on geonosis.....sad man ☹️

    edit: also remember getting some sort of "ghost" loot crate before the round that this happened just throwing that out there

    also missing all credits and crystals... tried deleting local data no no avail....

    Me TOO!!! Same exact issue happened to me and enjoy playing this game and has taken quite bit of time to gain profiles, skins, characters and abilities. Hope that EA can resolve quickly the last major bug took quite some time to resolve and lost lots of players in the process.
