Repair of your cards and players May the 4th

I have lost 4 main characters and associated boost cards. All boost cards and weapons unlocks for classes and ships. All credits (nearly 300,000) and shards. But my levels remain.

I have lost 4 main characters and associated boost cards. All boost cards and weapons unlocks for classes and ships. All credits (nearly 300,000) and shards. But my levels remain.

I just restarted my pc, right clicked on EA launcher and ran as administrator. I then clicked on BF2 within the EA app as normal. BF2 booted and said I was offline and the progress was locked like everyone else in the thread. I then clicked the go online button at the top right of BF2 and once that decided to work I had all my progress. IDK if this is a fix but my game was not working and now it does.

After reconnecting a few times I got everything back, although I don't know if this is a permanent fix.

My stuff came back after I restarted my xbox. 

Lost everything in battlefront 2 after updating to the cellerbation edition on xbox series x it may 4th everything is gone even my pr- order stuf and everything locked ( Darknight3094)  I had this game since launch and need it back @EA_Illium  what's has happend @EA_Illium  same with my friend I have unstalled reinstall I have tryed everything 😢 😞 😕 😔

I was playing multiplayer battlefront 2 on Xbox one today and it flickered for a second and then all of my stuff was gone.  All my player cards have been reset as well as the weapons.  Also I have the elite trooper deluxe edition and all of my skins for my characters are gone as well.  All the levels of my characters are where they were but all cards and weapons have been reset. Ive been playing this game since 2019 with no issues.  I would really appreciate any and all help to get my stuff back. Thanks!

Ok, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and it worked for a few matches, but the characters are locked again and my boost cards are gone. What is going on EA?! Not on May 4th!!!! Please help.
