Replacing Damaged Battlefront II Disc with Digital Download from PS4 Shop

Hello,

I pre-ordered and purchased Battlefront II when it launched and have recently replaced the Hard Drive on my PS4, but my BF2 disc appears to be damaged and cannot re-install.

What are my options?  Can I get a replacement disc or simply purchase the digital version?  If I get a new disc or digital version, will I still have access to my saved data (stored separately on PS4 cloud) and my pre-order bonuses (e.g. Rey and Kylo Last Jedi Skins)?

Let me know what's the best way forward.
