Thank you very much for the replay. The thing is, I tried before to use this live assistance tool but the interface...nah I just can't understand it. (I have too low IQ or too high for this). It tells me to log in in order to process my need. How in earth's name can I log in if I don't know my password? This account is special made just so I can post out my problem. Please, can you explain me how does this live helper works at all?

Community ManagerWhen it prompts you to login there is a link towards the top left that will allow you to contact an EA Advisor without needing to sign in.
