Check your Crates in the main menu, it shall be there!
I did this today as well, and the crate arrived there with the skin.
If you're like me and hoarded loads of daily crates, I had to close the game and reopen it to make the skin crate come to top, as my 287 daily crates didn't allow me to access the skin crate if it wasn't on top of them. Restarting the game fixed this issue and allowed me to claim the crate which contains the skin.
