PRODUCT😕tar wars battlefront 2

PLATFORM:xbox

PROBLEM:I lost everything but i can still see some troopers and heros levels but as soon as i use one in a game the level turns into a 1 and i even pre order the game and lost my last jedi skins too

    @EA_Aticyes i had forgotten about that i couldn't get my old account back so i had to make a new one last year and so does that mean i can not be helped?

      Yeah if you unlink your account you will loss all progresses, if you link it back your progress might come back. @jaxedoval

        @EA_Atic I have the same problem too, I unlinked my account then linked it again then my progress is messed up too. How do I get it back or I can’t ?
