During my first game after the latest patch resourceful was working correctly. i managed to get improved battle command recharge time to 25 seconds and squad shield to somewhere around 21-23 seconds. every spawn and every game after that it went back to being bugged. i have not been able to re create a situation where stop watch testing revealed resourceful was working correctly
