restriced account

Hey, So i was trying to play fifa 18 and battlefront 2 but i could not get connected to ea servers. While playing battlefront 2 a message pop up. It says that my account is restricted from accessing...

    Thanks. I have word that the outage should be resolved now. Are you stil getting this error message?

    If so, please ensure that you have an active online membership for your system if you're on console, and that you're not using an underage account.

@berkocity Hey, I'll move your post to the appropriate board. Can I check what region you're in? We're seeing some reports about connectivity issues and we're investigating. 


I'd also be interested in your platform and the exact error you get.
