Happened to me three times in a row just now, I can't attack, only use my abilities and block. plz fix this EA.

8 years agoHi @Emalinius, Thanks for the report, what platform are you on?
For everyone that is on pc:
- Can you upload a dxdiad to the topic
- How to do a dxdiag: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
- Run repair on the game in Orign.
For the console players can you do a power cycle on the console.
How to power cycle:
- Turn off and/or unplug the device.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug in the device and/or turn it back on. That's it—you just power cycled your device! With any luck, it should start working correctly.

Hey, @EnriquePriest Not necessary as it happens on all the platforms. It's easier for us to investigate what is going and the troubleshooting steps are to see if that works or not as a work around.

- 8 years agoI mean... I know you have your orders and you have to blame our machines instead of taking the blame for your companies and all, but just between us... do any of you EA guys really believe that all of us who experienced the problem have faulty hardware?
