oh dont give me that you cant honestly believe that rolling through something like THE FORCE! is a good idea have you ever used a force ability on someone only for it to be wasted because they timed the most op thing in the freaking game?! i Dont care if its "Just a Game" that is definitely not canon no one in the comics tv shows movies books everything no one rolled through the force.

how would the game change at ALL if they were un avoidable simple it would be the same game
It is in the game to keep parity since all heroes are supposed to be relatively comparable in terms of effectiveness (with different strengths and weaknesses). Without rolls avoiding force powers, blaster heroes would get slaughtered. This is not canon of course - Palpatine would destroy Lando 100 times over in canon, lightsabers would and blasters would kill opponents in 1 hit, etc. It is how they made the game relatively balanced.
