Rubberbanding
I am Currently getting bad rubberbanding while playing CS.
- @EA_Atic I actually fixed this on my own. The problem was a cable leading to my modem. We had the cable fixed and no more rubber banding.

This is NOT isolated to one person, this is literally everyone on the CS servers right now on PC. It's pretty awful. Gonna check if its game-wide in a bit.
Slight rubberbanding noticed in GA as well, but nowhere near as bad as CS.
