This was never an issue before playing BF1, I've played many other games that support HDR and they didn't do this. This made it so that everything, even games were less saturated.
Steps I took to fix:
Step One: Disable HDR in Battlefield 1.
Step Two: Go into Windows Settings > Display > Windows HD Color settings under "Windows HD Color".
Step Three: Pick the appropriate screen (sometimes it will default your second screen to Display 1), and make sure the "Use HDR" toggle is OFF.
Step Four: Possibly restart PC.
This seems to be an older (in the sense of HDR technology) Origin/EA HDR compatible game issue since others are experiencing it with Battlefront II as well.
