September Update Failed to connect to EA servers

Anyone else getting an error and can barely play with this update thanks to a bug where the servers won't let you in and keeps on crashing and won't let you connect to the servers on Xbox One? It's ...

Hey @DbzBattlefront18

Our team is looking into this issue now and hopefully we'll be able to implement a permanent fix soon.

For now, could you try out this workaround? It's been successful for some Xbox players.

  • Reconnect the game - it's going to freeze for about 60 seconds and then you will get error 721.
  • Try reconnecting again.
  • You should be able to connect to the servers.

    Ya I try that and I know it works but sometimes it doesn't and crashes my game
