Yea i'm also have the same problem with connecting to the game online and i'm from canada
Same here in US.
My PC and Xbox1 were both giving 'cannot connect' Error 721
also got Sorry, this account is not able to play online when I used my phone data rather than the house wired broadband.
Anybody have a schedule on fix or a workaround? ( I tried different country server )
