Severe Graphics glitches in Directx12 Mode

Hello to all there...  Anyways, I have a PNY Nvidia Geforce 4060Ti with 16Gb of VRAM Video Card now and I noticed that there are severe graphics glitches across the board in Directx12 Mode and that alone I have tried everything that I can think of to get it to display correctly ad just so happens everything that I have tried has failed to fix the problem and that does include switching Vsync to On in the graphics options for the game as well..  So, Any ideas as to how to possibly fix this without going back to Directx 11 Mode anyways?  BTW, The graphics glitches appear to be corrupted graphics to me anyhow!     If you search this forum for DX12, you will see that the recommendation is to turn off DX12. Not optimal, but not the end of the world.

    Hey there, Just so you know at least on dx11 mode on the very latest to greatest display driver on my video card for nvidia 552.44 in the menus some of the text mainly in the video options menu as well when scrolling down or even up the text and the white color is this case it tends to flicker off and back on only when doing so like I said just now above!...  Thanks again for your patience with me anyways though..!!  Have a great day ahead too. Also This is a minor graphics glitch in dx11 mode because I have noticed in dx11 mode the in game is not effected like it would be under dx12 mode anyways!!..
