Should i buy the game? Im from Argentina, please read.

Hi, im wondering if i should buy the game. I mean, i like it, but im worried i cant play it "correctly".

I see people telling Latin America servers are dead but that you can still play in international servers, say USA, Englad, Germany, etc.

Is that correct? If so, how much ping would that mean? Im not really a pro player, i just want to have some fun playing multiplayer, maybe offline modes too.

Im sorry, i know this is probably not of your concern but im not receiving any answers at LA forums. I just dont want to waste my money if i cant even play it.
