Show exact card stats on equip screen

What I'm talking about is this:

When you select this menu, the exact percentages should be shown, not just "Increases XY". Yes, it's only one click away to check, but that takes you here:

So you have to find the actual card you're looking for among all the others, because the menu doesn't take you right to the equipped card. It's not a big deal, but small changes mining out these annoyances can make the overall feeling better.
