So the new patch landed and I STILL CAN'T ALT + TAB WITHOUT CRASHING

I'm just going to add to this. If the game starts in windowed mode for whatever reason, the moment I maximise it, it crashes.
So unless I starts in fullscreen mode. I can't even play. Like why bother seriously.

There's no option to even debug these crashes. Truly fantastic work guys, pat yourselves on the back.

Finally someone with useful feedback! It solved my problem, now it won't crash when I flick between screens or it doesn't already boot in full screen. Thanks!

It still goes beyond me as to why after they patched it something as silly as this causes so many issues.

I gave other tips if the one to disable the game bar doesn't work.
