Some feedback after playing Star Wars Battlefront 2 beta
Here are some points I want to get across regarding the Star Wars Battlefront 2 Beta.
Galactic Assault
- The ships move quite fast making it really difficult to line up a shot on the MTT. Aircraft is hard to control as the area is such a tight space and with the speed of the vehicles I end up crashing. Might just be me but I think the ships need slowing down or a slow function on the throttle should be added.
- With so many buildings on the Theed map it would be good if we could enter them and go to upper to get vantage points.
- Droid army has an unfair advantage on phase 1. There’s no encouragement for the clone side to work together. Everyone is just doing their own thing so they can build battlepoints and become a hero.
Starfighter Assault
- Why don’t the tie bombers drop bombs like in the movies?
General
- The UI needs tweaking. I find the text size to be really small and hard to read. Not everyone has a 40” screen.
- I noticed a glitch with the Specialist binoculars where all I could see was a blank screen.
- Final kill count glitch. I kept checking my current score and kills during a match, but when the final summary came up the numbers just didn’t add up. (see images) Is this going to be fixed for launch?
- Loot crates should cost less credits and duplicate star cards should exchanged for credits.
- Progression needs fixing. I was doing loads of playing and I didn’t feel like I was levelling up.
Just my opinion.

The progression for each class was based off collecting star cards. Had nothing to do with skill or how much you used that class. Only your rank level was based off game play.
