We've got a change going into the next update that we're hoping will improve things. Appreciate it's frustrating, it's proven to a painful bug to fix, and has affected multiple titles (it's at an engine level).

Let's hope that will fix things, or at least make it less prominent in the game. Because it gets very annoying restarting my PC every time I play 2 GA matches...
Sound bug still happening in GA, i did not experienced it anywhere else

So once again customers come to the answers.ea site to try and get answers from EA who rather than giving those answers on the website they set up for answers they decide to give in a random Twitter conversation.
Regarding it being an engine issue I know that FIFA 19 currently has a sound issue where the crowds sound like static, the answer we got given by EA there was "turn your sound off" so that we don't have to hear it. GENIUS!
