Spy from Above(Caphex Spy's stats and abilities)

Question

Compared with other new reinforcements, I think caphex spy is underrated by many people.

The reason is obvious. He is very situational.

But it never means he is not good. 🤔

Unlike the Officer's Glie-44,
This pistol has Low Rate of fire but High damage.

- Abilities

-Truncheon Strike
Damage:70=>70=>90(Last Strike)

Really good melee weapon.

-Scanner Beacon
ActiveTime:15sec
ActivationTime:0.4sec
RechargeTime:25sec

You can throw the scanner beacon that reveal nearby enemy.
But the main usage is...

-Orbital Strike
BlastDamage:100/hit

Calling in the Air Strike!
(Only available in outdoors.)

-Rapid Fire
ActiveTime:25sec
(TimeConsumption: 9%/shot)
RechargeTime:9sec
RateOfFire:400

Great damage output but the activetime consumption is too much IMO.
