Star cards , appearances , emotes , voice lines all reset when logging back in

I play on Xbox and when I open bf2 after it being closed I have to accept the privacy policy every time and I get every single tutorial as well . All my star cards and appearances and emotes have to be re-equipped taking up to 20 minutes this issue is starting to get very frustrating so I would appreciate some help . I have tried uninstalling the game and power cycling the Xbox.
