Star Cards are gone missing vanished, emotes messed up, gun mods 1/16/18 update

STAR CARDS RANDOM MISSING GONE in all categories.

1/16/2018

10:30 AM CST

After the update I found ideas ship bought it and then  I played star fighter assault when done I went to get my bonuses and buy crates.  Bought 3 SF crates didn’t get *, but 1 item.  Oh well.  So I went to look at the new item through the colllection menu.  Stuff was screwed up BAD.  Cards were just not there for all classes heroes and vehicles and star fighters.  Note, not everything was missing, just most of it, all the good stuff.  The stuff I’ve worked hard for for the last 2~3 months, whenever it came out.  16d 16hr 3m of actual playtime on BF2.  Update? What?  I’m so upset, what happened and when will it be fixed?  Is this singular or widespread?  It’s end of season this afternoon!  I’m screwed for the new season!  I got every single task done for first order from the get go.  I’m rewarded by the game taking back what I’ve earned from the start?  I’m so upset right now I’m gonna have to stop tryping

    OK, 

    Star Cards are still back and holding.  (Main concern, I assume it is resolved.)

    Purple rank still showing, they were Blue before. (I assume it was updated that way)

    Gun mods still decreased in players favor. (I assume that was part of the update too)

    Emotes seem to be in order as well.

    if this happens to you the only thing I can recommend is a console restart as you can see above.

    Is there some number to call and report this, I’m afraid to look at my stuff cause it will disappear!

    • Update 12:00 Noon CST
    • Star Cards seem to have returned to norm for all classes vehicles heroes etc. 🙂 I’ll be watching...
    • Gun mods still chaned in favor of player (less eliminations for upgrade mods)( maybe part of the update?)
    • Rank still showing as Purple and not my blue norm for troopers (maybe part of the update?)

    What I did...

    don’t know what or if EA or MS did.

    Previously I quit the game and powered down the One via controller, powered up several times, same problem.

    Typed msgs here on this site.

    Recently powered on unit, (11:45 AM CST)

    Same problem.

    Then... I did a console restart, X (Home?) button then gears then console restart, also 1.5 hrs had passed since occurrence.

    Now, the aforementioned things are present.

    I still don’t know if this is this ‘fix’ or whether it was fixed on the other end.

    Starting an Arcade game to play around with the NEW gun mods that are apparently available.

    Thinking about doing screenshots of all my stuff.....

    Will update again in 24 hrs, looks like friends are back on...
