So about a year ago I started up battlefront 2 and it gave me the terms and services and all of my star cards, emotes, and skins reset everytime I restart the game. I've tried to install and un install and I've moved it between my external hard drive and my Xbox memory and it still isn't working. Technical support just sent me a link to this page so I'm hoping someone can help me. I play on Xbox one by the way.
Oh look.... Another version of BF2 that can't manage to write to the drive....
Would be nice if EA addressed this issue.

DICE TeamI was on Xbox one but I recently switched to the series S and all the problems transfered over.
This has been occurring to me as well, however it is only with "collection" items. My in game currency, accomplishments, settings, etc. are all static and unchanging. I originally only had the game from purchase through Origin since its launch, but many months ago I got the celebration edition when it was free on Epic Games and linked it to my Origin account to use it. Played fine for months. I haven't played it in 4-6 mos and upon launching it a few weeks ago all my "collection" stuff was reset. I was annoyed, but figured whatever and went through and did it for all my classes and heroes and ships and such. Exited the game and exiting both epic or origin. Went to play the next day when I had more time and it was all back to being reset. I will log in once in a while and change one or two things, log out, then launch again and its always reset. I don't have any firewall or other AV programs going while playing. Nothing has changed on my system since playing it all fine, so what I've found in the forums thus far about this not working hasn't been resolved following any steps provided. Pretty fed up.
Yeah it's not just my collection stuff it's everything all my starcard skins emotes and setting reset upon relaunch of the game. It got to a point where I just said * EA because their email support is no help at all. I stopped playing the game and all other EA games because this is so dumb. FIX YOUR * GAME EA * *
