I'm getting the same. Redeemed the preorder code last night on PS4, nothing in library, no prompt but it did accept the code. Tried to redeeming it again and it just says it's already been used and then does nothing.
YES YES, that is exactly what happened to me. I put in the code again too. But nothing happened, and mine also isn't showing up in the library.
