Having the same problem... tried my code from JBHIFI online preorder (code came in email) on the Xbox One Store on the Xbox itself.. and also 'Redeem Code' on Xbox.com both say "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page."
I have exactly the same problem on Xbox One when try to redeem. "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page."
Maybe it solves if I just wait a bit more.
