9 years agoHi, if you pre-ordered through Amazon and didn't get a code, or if someone got a bad code, you can you take the following steps.
Go to https://help.ea.com/en/
Select Help with a game
Choose Star Wars Battlefront II. You may need to search for it.
Scroll down and choose Contact Us
Choose your platform
Select Codes & Promotions
Select Invalid code or Lost Code as appropriate.
On the next stage you'll be asked to include your Proof of purchase, so be sure to have that to hand.
Follow the remaining steps as directed.

I have contacted EA and received 3 different codes, and all of them are saying token invalid. Every single one. Any ideas?
