Hi, if you pre-ordered through Amazon and didn't get a code, or if someone got a bad code, you can you take the following steps.
Go to https://help.ea.com/en/
Select Help with a game
Choose Star Wars Battlefront II. You may need to search for it.
Scroll down and choose Contact Us
Choose your platform
Select Codes & Promotions
Select Invalid code or Lost Code as appropriate.
On the next stage you'll be asked to include your Proof of purchase, so be sure to have that to hand.
Follow the remaining steps as directed.

They say, I have used my code (in germany) but it does not function at all. I do not see anything! Wether in the library nor in my bought items. EA Customer Service always writes, I can download the game, but that is simply not true! There ist NOTHING at all!
