I pre ordered back in April after the first trailer and I got my code from Amazon 1 week ago for the ps store and I redeemed it before October 1st but I can't download it in the store. It says that I don't own the game. (I'm from Germany)

Community AdminHi guys, I've gotten some updates on this, I'll just paste in the info I have.
Xbox One: Some users have found that their pre-order codes won't work, and appear as invalid. We are investigating this, so please just hold onto your codes for now.
PS4: Pre-order codes can be redeemed but don't give access to the Beta. We are investigating this and you don't need a new code.
Origin: Some users who pre-ordered from the store during a certain period might not have automatically gotten in. I purchased from jbhifi. When entering my code on Xbox one, the error message is:
check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page
ive got a very unhappy boy at home
exact same problem with the" check the instructions error" typed the code gamestop gave me on my receipt when I pre ordered bf2
I don't get the email option as I am from Australia, what am I to do?
I'm PC.

@ItsMeSaverio That's interesting, thank you for the useful data. As for getting a code, you should just be able to change the region in the top right of the page to the US, then follow the steps again.
@FMAChet There are currently issues with redeemed codes on PS4. Codes go in fine but then the Beta can't be downloaded. This is known about and is being investigated.

I believe that they have wrongly associted the actual game as a prerequisite as that's what it says as a reason for not being able to download/purchase beta.

I just got two codes from you via email but none worked it just says it may no longer be valid...
however, thh very first one I got from EB Games Australia it does show in my PS4 Settings, Account Management, Account Information, under Services List as Star Wars Battlefront II Multiplayer Beta. However, when I go to PS Store and browse to the Beta it shows "Not Available for purchase" and if I click "Tell me More" it shows "You are not able to purchase this product for the following reason(s): You do not own Star Wars Battlefront II"
but as mentioned, under PS4 Services List I get this:Star Wars(TM) Battlefront(TM) II
STAR WARS(TM) Battlefront(TM) II Multiplayer Beta

- To be honest, EA have done an absolute terrible job with this beta. It was obviously going to be hugely popular and if EA failed to see this then they obviously don’t listen to feedback or look at forums/boards etc.
Most companies allow you to download beta software a few days before so that you can play immediately when servers are up, not this farce of only being able to download when the beta goes live which will take hours because the servers will be hammered - not to mention those who work or are in school and can’t download until they finish wich means they’ve instantly missed a day of the ‘so-called’ early access! And to top it off they are now facing issues even accessing the beta!
This is utter shambles which you would not expect from such a large company who have hosted several betas in the past.
Absolutely terrible!! True, they have made stress to themselves with the codes on the first day of the beta.
@iCaptnSpaulding I agree, this is all absolutely ridiculous. This early access is the only reason I pre-ordered. I have work today, by the time they may get back to me and get it to work I would have lost the chance to play. I have a few hours now, was hoping to put some time into it today. Very disappointing.
I am on Pc and preordered through origin. But no Beta in my library does anyone know what to do?

Spoke to Playstation via live chat. the chap i spoke to had just had a email come through during the chat, putting the blame on EA's side.

At this pace, beta will be open to all.
PSN-Store, Germany, now it seems to work... manuell download.
