It's happening to me too (PS4). Thanks guys for looking into it!

Logged a case with EA and they sent me through a replacement code within 5 minutes - However once I tried it came back with a Playstation network card already activated...

@bamazar  @Callegg1993 @Lt_Kn0x For Xbox users whose codes won't redeem, we may have a workaround for now. Log into the Xbox site then use this URL link. 

https://account.xbox.com/en-US/PaymentAndBilling/RedeemCode?doRedeem=0&token=XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX&ref=AccountMicrosoftCom

However replace the XXXXX parts with your actual code. 

I can't make any promises, but I'd rather share a potential workaround that's coming in hot, and hopefully we'll have more confirmations soon.

I preordered on the 30th of september and it said if i preordered before october 1st I get early access yet i never got a code for the beta

@thedestroy10000 I don't think so, no. Once this is resolved hopefully existing codes/downloads will just work as normal. 

Trying to access the Beta on PS4, I entered my code which it accepted but when I go to download the Beta is says that I can't download it because I don't own it.  I've tried re-entering the code but it says 'code already used'.  Any ideas/help would be great please, thanks

THANK YOU SOOO MUCH THIS WORKAROUND WORKED FOR ME IT INSTALLING RIGHT NOW! there is one other thing tho my friend has installed the game and preordered it but when the game gets to the user agreement screen pops up it doesnt let him accept it could you help?

Is there hope for a solution for (also german) PS4-Players? Would be great. 

I am wainting for a EA-Chat. True, the chat would not help?

Workaround does not work for Xbox One.

Same problem, Germany. I know many peoples more who happend this in Germany.

does anyone know the official final day for receiving early access because i pre-ordered on origin sept 30th and i dont have a code when it said you cant get early access after oct 1st

I've been getting mixed reports on how successful it is. Nevertheless, we're still investigating the main issue.

Xbox One user here, work around is not working for me. Says "We couldn't find your code." Pre-Ordered the deluxe edition at gamestop September 20th. "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page." Emailed EA and hour and a half ago, no response. What am I missing here? I've been waiting all week for this

I have the exact same situation. Preordered deluxe edition over a week ago. Entered my code yesterday and now i can't download it because i don't own the game.

I've emailed EA and had 4 different codes sent through but not one of them worked, just going to have to wait it out and hope they fix the issue before I email them again.

and I'm also from belgium...

so dissapointed the download takes more then an hour and then we can't even download!

Also from Belgium and exactly the same problem. thought i could enjoy a morning of beta but no, I do not 'own' the game. Hope this is fixed fast

Can confirm the suggested workaround did not work for me Xbox One - Australia 

Holy [removed by CM]  Guys I found out how, so sign in to the official Microsoft store redeem the code and then it should work . I got the could not be found error on the work around so I clicked out of the tab  went to this forum few scrolls later....clicked back to the xbox store redeem tab and it redirected me to the Microsoft store with my code in the redeem box then I pressed go ( what the heck might as well try) then it said thank you for your purchase . WOOHOO SO WIZARD p.s. I refreshed just to be sure and it said the code has already been taken and I went to purchase history and it said ready to install bf2 beta. 

XBOXONE hopes this helps
