Xbox One user here, work around is not working for me. Says "We couldn't find your code." Pre-Ordered the deluxe edition at gamestop September 20th. "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page." Emailed EA and hour and a half ago, no response. What am I missing here? I've been waiting all week for this

I've emailed EA and had 4 different codes sent through but not one of them worked, just going to have to wait it out and hope they fix the issue before I email them again.
