I have the exact same situation. Preordered deluxe edition over a week ago. Entered my code yesterday and now i can't download it because i don't own the game.

so dissapointed the download takes more then an hour and then we can't even download!
Also from Belgium and exactly the same problem. thought i could enjoy a morning of beta but no, I do not 'own' the game. Hope this is fixed fast
