I have talked with a german supporter of EA. She said, the Beta would be there, but it would be the work / jurisdication of Playstation to publish it properly. I have had also a talk with Playstation. They said, it is not their responsibillity, it would be the one of EA, because it is the product of EA...

Hey, to confirm we're seeing more and more folks able to download on PS4 now. Check your store page and you should be able to download. 

If anyone still can't try restarting the system, then let us know if it persists. 

Yeah, I'm still receiving "Redeem it on a different web page" on Xbox One as well. 

@zRazR2010 Thank you. Can I check that your Xbox is set as your home console and is connected to the internet? I've had some info suggesting that this can be a factor when folks can't use the workaround. 

My Xbox is my home one, connected to the internet via ethernet cable, still giving me redeem it elsewhere.

Set to Home Console and connected to the Internet. Same error message.

same here set to home console connected to the internet still getting the same cant redeem says try different website 

I preordered on Origin on the 30th September aswell, but still not a single access into the beta. Im waiting here now for the download, but i cant do anything. EA Chat yesterday said it would pop u automatically but its still the same issue. Any help? If i write an Email i will wait more than 72hour like everytime... 

just a heads up I'm  playing the beta 

its pretty good only thing that bothers me is that you can't leave your ship during  a space battle

Yeah! Also my PS4 download starts now.

It takes me 1 hour to download the 15,179 GB now.

So finally i will be able to play just with 4 hours delay.

What a glorious beta-start.

Thanks for the updates, Xbox folks. We're well aware that the code issue still isn't resolved, and hopefully this will be fixed soon.

I'm Xbox One Home console in the UK and getting the same error message on both the XBox One and through Microsoft browser: 

Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page.

The download is not showing up.

Its showing up now so have pushed the install from my browser for when i get home, hopefully i haven got automatic downloads blocked!

did you do it through the console or the browser still saying token not valid on mine
